Hi guys,
Does anyone know if there is a way to create semi-transparent bgs for div layers using CSS.
I want to put an image behind a layer(DIV) but only make it partially visible without altering the actual image.
Has antone got the know-how here?
Hooroo, Caleb

Um.. thanks!
Although I have bad dreams every night for not making it cross-browser (involve Mozilla in the IE5.5+ version, that is).. but some day I will.

Thanks guys for your help. I'm a standards person so I'll just use the -moz-opacity:bla% and the alpha filter for explorer. One more Q. Do I apply the filter to to the image or the layer that's over the top of it. I wouldn't do that would I coz that would affect all things inside the Div hey?
